Allo allo...Took the ferry to Phuket island today (that's "poo-ket", not "fuckit"). We're staying at Le Meridien Resort, which is just gorgeous. And now that we've seen the tourist disaster that is Patong Beach, we are happy to hop a cab back to the much quieter bay where our hotel is located!
Fortunately, though, Patong has the basic necessities of a Seattlite's life - Starbucks and high speed internet. I am uploading pictures right now, so be sure to go to the blog page and click on the link to my pictures to check them out (we're not trying to make you jealous....except maybe a little).
We plan on laying low at the hotel for the next couple of days, so no more updates until we're back in Bangkok. So for now, enjoy the pictures! XOXO
